Hi Forum,

How much hard disk space does a stored image files take? We are trying to
anticipate the amount of hard disk space that an image file would take
assuming that the image would be stored into a bytea. The size of the
uncompressed images are between 40KB and 250KB in size.

What are the files in the base, global, pg_clog, and pg_xclog? I may be
able to calculate the amount of disk space that the images would take by
looking at the size of these files in a test database.

Thanks in advance for your response.
