Install an older Version of ODBC driver Windows

Dear sir or madam,

i installed a postgreSQL odbc driver V17 on a windows 11 client. After this i realized that i need the V16 driver (psqlodbc_16_00_0000-x86).
I reinstalled it. Its not possible to install the V16 - because of this:

I restarted the pc, check all programm folders and registry entrys but i don't get it.

Which folders or registry entrys are checked when you install the driver with .msi.
