Thanks for the report. The issue has already been fixed upstream in the
pgtranslation repository. For the latest status, please check:

Our current Chinese translation workbench is available at
https://pgsql.cc/nls/. FYI, translation updates are normally submitted
through the pgtranslation project on Redmine as complete PO files.
