Hi Anil,
Thank you so much for your reply.
I have uninstalled the older version and downloaded version 8.12.
The server is not showing. As advised, I right clicked and attempted to register the server. But, I was unable to find the server name.

I then checked my downloads and clicked on postgresql 17.0-1 windows x64 file and clicked on it. It downloaded the latest files.

I have access to the server postgresql 17. Please see below. I have downloaded the software because I have lost my job in Finance. Thus, I have decided to learn SQL so that I can apply for jobs which require SQL. Please can you confirm that the application is ready for me to learn SQL?

Thank you
Pras

Hi Pras,
You have installed pgAdmin 4's desktop application. If you want to open the pgAdmin in the browser then you can use the Python package of pgAdmin 4.
You can find the latest version of pgAdmin 4 desktop application for Windows OS here: https://www.pgadmin.org/download/pgadmin-4-windows/
Uninstall the older version and install the latest one. Please check the Servers group by expanding, if it is showing you the desired PostgreSQL server. If not then you can right click on the Servers group and Register>Server and add the correct connection details in the dialog and save it.
Now you will be able to see the added server.
Thanks
Anil

Hi Team Pgadmin Support,
Please can you help me?
No matter which version I install - old or the latest version and open the pgaadmin application, it is not enabling me to open the PGA admin application in the browser.

As a result, under the Servers, I am unable to see a server called PostgreSQL 4. Please see screen shot below. Please can you advise on how I can resolve this issue?
