Hi,

To install Grafana with PostgreSQL as the meta-data db backend I need v11.3 (See: https://community.grafana.com/t/grafana-install-fails-when-recent-version-of-postgresql-is-used-as-backend/18590) Is there a way to get this minor version (instead of the latest 11.4) using apt. I’m on Ubuntu 18.04.

Thanks.
Guy
