Connecting to PostgreSQL from Perl in WNT/W2K

Hello,

I have Apache1.3.14 and perl 5.6.0 in a WNT server and PostgreSQL 7.0.3 in
linux, how can i get a connection?.

his is perl, v5.6.0 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread
(with 1 registered patch, see perl -V for more detail)
