Application is completely blank

Hello,

I am having issues with PGAdmin being completely blank on my Macbook
(screenshot below)

I tried resetting the layout or adding a server, but when clicking on those
options, they do nothing. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling both
PGAdmin and Postgres SQL Server and I still get the same blank page when
opening the application.

Any suggestions?
