FYI, I had success using your "postgres_cmake" repo. I tested it up
through "make check" and "make install".

Here are the details:

* postgres_cmake commit e7e75160d4533cd8caa9f3f0dd7b485dbd4e7bdf
* compiler = cc (Ubuntu 4.8.4-2ubuntu1~14.04.3) 4.8.4
* cmake version = 3.5.3
