pgAdmin 4 MacOS Client - Browser Tab / Server Section Missing / No Object Detected

Hey Team - I hope you're having a great week so far!

I am reaching out for insight / guidance / assistance regarding how to fix
the issue I've caused by accidentally clicking/grabbing & moving the
Browser / Server Tree tab. My original setup looked similar to the stock

My current pgAdmin display and behavior has been captured via screen
recording & attached.

I also was able to capture the pgAdmin Maintainer Support email from the
applications Read Files in case we need to loop them in as well:
pgadmin-support(at)lists(dot)postgresql(dot)org
- MacOS: 13.3.1
- uninstall / restarted / reinstall v7.0 = issue remained
- uninstalled v7.0 / restarted / installed v6.21 = issue remained
- uninstalled 6.21 / restarted / installed 6.18 = issue remained

- Deleted pgAdmin 4 files/folders from ~/library > Application Support &
Caches folders

- Pathway: Application Selected > Task Bar > pgAdmin 4 > Reset Layout =
issue remains

- Pathway: Application Selected > Task Bar > pgAdmin 4 > Preferences =
nothing is prompted

- I've been searching through the FAQ / Troubleshooting articles, searched
YouTube for possible fixes - trying to understand what I may have done.

Please let me know if any additional steps that I can take or if any
additional information is needed to assist in this process. I appreciate
your help immensely!
