Hi hackers,

v13 of the timed-wait-event series: v12 rebased on current master
(4848fd6752a), because cfbot reported a conflict. There is no other
change.

The conflict came from a5ccf20801c (Fix partial two-phase files left
by crash during checkpoint). It changed error messages in
RecreateTwoPhaseFile() next to a wait call that 0002 converts. I kept
the new messages and the timed call. 0001, 0003, 0004 and 0005 are
the same as in v12. In 0002, only the context in twophase.c changed.

The overhead numbers from v11 still apply: the measured code did not
change. The full CI of my fork is green on the tip, d82aacc9054:

v12 mail, with the description of the changes since v11:

Attached: the five v13 patches only.

Regards,
Dmitry Fomin
