Hello,
I'm testing slotting PGPool2 between our developers and our development PG
9.1 instance, it seems to work as expected and I have control over the
lifetime of connections etc which is excellent.
However, I've noticed that there doesn't appear to be any way to track the
client IP address of a query once PGPool is used. pg_stat_activity shows
the pgpool IP (as expected) however PGPool itself doesn't have any way of
linking the remote IP to the pooled connection.
Have I missed something in pcp or the SHOW pool_ commands somewhere?
pgpool2 3.3.4-1
postgresql-9.1 9.1.12-0ubuntu0.12.04
Many Thanks,
Rob
