Oh, and while I'm thinking about it, I'd like to propose two new tags
in this vein:
- "help, I'm stuck in perma-rebase hell"
- "this is my first contribution to the project"
I would also like to request that CFMs be given the ability to add and
edit (but maybe not delete?) tags.
