GCC documentation mentions [ \t]*FALLTHR(OUGH|U)[ \t]* for level 4
(out of the view other alternatives), which AFAICT is case sensitive
(level 3 has fall(s | |-)?thr(ough|u)[ \t.!]*(-[^\n\r]*)?).
