It appears that you all are doing pg_dump instead of using a PITR backup
method like PgBackrest, barman or pg_basebackup.

Changing your backup process should be added high on your TODO list, since
that would have given you backups up through about 10:30 to 10:45.

Upgrading from EOL v15 to a supported version should also be on that list.
