Thanks for the review.

v4 attached, rebased onto b0faa1d2142.

0005
- 027_stream_regress_sync.pl runs only with
PG_TEST_EXTRA=regress_sync_rep. The keyword is documented in
regress.sgml next to regress_dump_restore.

0003
- The TAP test is now 058_syncrep_release.pl. 057 got taken on
master in the meantime.

0001, 0002 and 0004 are unchanged.
