Okay. I see it now. But, for me it is 1.75G. Please find below the
screenshot:

Since, there is a difference in the size of the program for you and me, I
may point this bug to Windows. I'm not sure though really right now. Will
look into this.

BTW, it won't affect the Npgsql functionality really. You may use it.
