Hi Amber,
Can you please share the <userhome>/.pgadmin/pgadmin4.db file to check the
probable cause?
As a workaround, please rename <userhome>/.pgadmin/pgadmin4.db to
<userhome>/.pgadmin/pgadmin4.db.old and restart pgAdmin.
