cannot install PG on Oracle Linux 9

Using
PostgreSQL: Linux downloads (Red Hat family)
<https://www.postgresql.org/download/linux/redhat/>

I 'm trying to install Postgresql 18 and 16 on :

If I try:

# Install the repository RPM:
sudo dnf install -y
https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/reporpms/EL-9-x86_64/pgdg-redhat-repo-latest.noarch.rpm

I get:
