support-level assistance.
If your needs are indeed urgent you should probably look for a professional
services company to contact for paid support. Said website, under support,
has a section for “professional services” so we do try to help a bit in
that manner.

Otherwise, emailing the -general list with your problem and accepting that
there generally isn’t any expectation of handling urgent needs on the
mailing lists is a more appropriate avenue.
