This isn’t going to accomplish much. You cannot meaningfully recall an
email you’ve sent out to a public mailing list/internet-at-large. Your
choice of distribution medium in this case supersedes any written
disclaimer, confidentiality, or other privacy-related statements you might
choose to write. You need to be more careful in your actions if you want
such things to have meaning. You are better off just making a final reply
to the original thread, drawing it to some kind of conclusion.
