Hi,

I created a community account on 2026-10-23 to register a patch thread I
posted to this list that day:

commitfest.postgresql.org still refuses my login with "requires a cool-off
period between account creation and logging in" as of today, 2026-10-27.
I would like to add the entry to PG20-3 before it starts on 2026-11-01.

Would an admin be able to expedite the cool-off? Happy to wait it out
otherwise.
