Hi!
Yes, I figured I could log back in by adding my email alias (
aryansharma1323+dev(at)gmail(dot)com) back to GitHub, making it primary, and using
the GitHub signup. My current email (without +dev) is still listed as my
secondary email though. If this could become my primary email, it saves me
some extra steps of setting primary email on GitHub before login, but this
won't be a big issue.
