Guys, I've just solved the issue:

I informed the user on the isql line and the error changed to another one:

[22003][unixODBC]client encoding mismatch

I found a post that told us to change the driver in the /etc/odbcinst.ini,
and then I changed the Driver parameter:

from:
Driver = /usr/lib/psqlodbc.so

To:
Driver = /usr/pgsql-9.4/lib/psqlodbc.so

Note: in our case this lib is symbolic link:

/usr/pgsql-9.4/lib/psqlodbc.so -> /usr/pgsql-9.4/lib/psqlodbcw.so

After all, the odbc connection run succesfully...

$ isql -v rep_teste
+---------------------------------------+
Connected!

sql-statement
help [tablename]
quit

+---------------------------------------+
SQL>

Thanks.
