I think that the Postgres 13 release notes should mention the
enhancement to contrib/amcheck made by Alexander's commit d114cc53.

I suggest something along the lines of: "Make the cross-level
verification checks performed by contrib/amcheck's
bt_index_parent_check() function more robust".
