When trying to connect to a remote server via an SSH tunnel, I'm getting
the following message:

Unable to connect to server:

Failed to decrypt the SSH tunnel password.
Error: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0x9b in position 3: invalid start
byte

I'm on v4.8 on Windows. I tried downgrading to 4.7, as well as recreating
the connection without success. This connection worked in previous versions
of pgAdmin.
