Could someone that has sent emails through the commitfest app like
that before send one telling people to move their patches? I would do
it myself but I'm pretty sure that my DKIM/SPF settings are not set up
to allow the following:

> Please ensure that the email settings for your domain (DKIM, SPF) allow emails from external sources.

Looking at the unmoved patches, I'm pretty sure we'd like to have a
bunch of those moved to the March commitfest.
