Re: Compiling pgadmin3-1.14.1 on open BSD 5.0

Use LD_LIBRARY_PATH to specify your libintl library path.

i.e.
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib ./configure --with-pgsql=/usr/local/pgsql
