During the FISL13 [1] (year 2012) me and other friends (Leonardo César,
Dickson Guedes and Fernando Ike) implemented a very WIP patch [2] to
support the "\ev" subcommand in psql. Unfortunately we didn't go ahead with
this work. :-(

I'll do some reviews.
