Hi Shinya,
I applied the v3 patch and reviewed the changes.
The updated wording looks clearer, and it keeps the descriptions for
VACUUM VERBOSE and ANALYZE VERBOSE consistent. The patch applied
cleanly, and I verified that the documentation builds successfully.

Looks good to me.
