Those were either sourced from the commit message or from an email
correction from a contributor, but I can make adjustments in the process to
handle those next release.

I have transcribed these names to ASCII to work around that.

So now that we've wrapped that up, it may be worth discussing how to handle
this in the future. The corpus of known-names and known-name preferences is
something I plan to resuse next year, so things should be incrementally
smoother.

However, I did notice that the list went over 600 people this year, much
higher than the 300-400 of recent years and far beyond the more modest
lists of years past. I asked Mark Wong off list if he had any concerns
about the size of the list, as he has a task that scales directly in
proportion to the list size, and he expressed no concerns. So I'm inclined
to not change anything for v20, but I would like to ask the community if
they have any thoughts about the size of the list and/or the criteria for
making the list.
