I realize it can't be done now.
To boil it down, basically I am trying to write a dynamic query with a
USING clause who's variable names won't be known until run time.

question 2 still applies.

I couldn't figure out how to recall ( or leave a comment on ) my previous
post because it does not show up in my inbox until somebody replies to it.
