Request to expedite commitfest account cool-off

Hi,

I created a community account on 2026-09-20 and would like to register as
a reviewer on the September commitfest, but
https://www.google.com/url?q=http://commitfest.postgresql.org&source=gmail&ust=1790337549799000&sa=E
still refuses login with "requires a cool-off period between account
creation and logging in" as of 2026-09-24.

I have a completed review of CF #6825 ready to post, and PG20-2 closes on
2026-09-30, so I would like to be able to set the reviewer field and
patch status before then.

My earlier post to this list is here, if it helps establish the account
is not a spam registration:

Would an admin be able to expedite the cool-off? Happy to wait it out
