[PostgreSQL Europe] Update - Change in Treasurer Position

Dear PostgreSQL Europe members,

I am announcing my resignation from my position as treasurer of our
association, effective immediately.

During these five years managing the association's treasury, I have
contributed to several important projects:

- Modified the bylaws to ensure sufficient quorum for general assemblies
- Updated the association's official address
- Managed the COVID-19 crisis in 2020: cancellation of conferences and
refund of tickets and sponsorships
- Implemented regular annual accounting
- Changed accounting firms to improve service quality
- Clarified the annual financial report for better transparency

I will continue to follow our community's progress with interest.

I wish the best for the future of our association.
