Well, what I proposed was to eliminate those numbers, because in my view
they are only useful on Table of Contents of the DOCs, where they are all
displayed sequentially, just that.
If you say removing those numbers would not be acceptable, I would like to
know what is the purpose of those numbers.
We changed xref.with.number.and.title on stylesheet-common.xsl, correct
But changed how xref-number-and-title are written on
stylesheet-html-common.xsl too.
I think it's much easier to read.

Refer to Section 8.5.3 for more information on how to specify time zones.
This Section 8.5.3 doesn't add anything useful to the text I'm currently
reading.
