Hi all,
The current process for taking a patch back out of Returned with
Feedback is to first mark it as Needs Review, then move it to the next
CF. If you don't know about the first step, the app refuses, and if
you forget the second step, your patch will be "open" but no one will
find it. This seems to generate questions/confusion.
This patch streamlines the process by allowing a RwF patch to be moved
in a single step. It'll show up as Needs Review in the next available
CF.
