Yes, because this is a physical slot and we need to follow
PhysicalConfirmReceivedLocation()/PhysicalReplicationSlotNewXmin().
The patch has kept a comment in advance_conflict_slot_xmin() as to why
it is okay not to flush the slot immediately.
