I am seeing the assertion failure as below on executing the above
mentioned Create statement:

TRAP: FailedAssertion("!(!(tup->t_data->t_infomask & 0x0008))", File:
"heapam.c", Line: 2634)
server closed the connection unexpectedly
This probably means the server terminated abnormally
