PostgreSQL Europe 2024 Election Results

All,

The results of the 2024 board elections are now available at
https://www.postgresql.eu/elections/18/.

As a reminder, Ilya Kosmodemiansky and Magnus Hagander reached the end of
their terms on the board, and were both standing for re-election along with
Karen Jex, Pavlo Golub, and Daniel Westermann.

Magnus Hagander and Karen Jex were elected to the board, and will serve
three year terms.

The board would like to thank Ilya for his contributions to PostgreSQL
Europe. In his role as Vice Treasurer he was one of the people with the
unenviable task of dealing with a French bank and accountants, both of
which can be extremely difficult. His efforts were tireless, and very much
appreciated.

We would like to welcome Karen as our newest board member, and Magnus who
will serve another term.

Thank you also to all those who took the time to vote.

There will be a short period of transition whilst we update mailing lists,
messaging channels, the website and so on to reflect the changes.
