Hello,

We will soon be holding our annual election for the PostgreSQL Europe
board. This time, Andreas 'ads' Scherbaum will be stepping down. He, along
with other members of PostgreSQL Europe, are invited to stand for
(re)election.

The election timetable is as follows:

* Nominations open: Wednesday 22nd January
* Nominations close: Wednesday 5th February
* Voting opens: Wednesday 12th February
* Voting closes: Wednesday 26th February
* Result announcement: Thursday 27th February

Please review https://www.postgresql.eu/about/elections/ which details how
the elections work, how to vote, and how to nominate a candidate to stand
for election.

NOTE: In order to vote in the election, you must be a confirmed paid member
of PostgreSQL Europe 4 weeks before the voting opens (January 15th). See
https://www.postgresql.eu/about/membership/ for information on joining
PostgreSQL Europe. It is recommended that all existing members check their
membership status as soon as possible to ensure it hasn't lapsed.

Thank you,
Dave Page, on behalf of the PostgreSQL Europe board
