I reviewed your patch. The change is relevant primarily when there is a
single
permissive policy, the most common case. When multiple policies are in
place,
the error message remains generic, which is appropriate. All test updates
confirm that the enhancement performs correctly across various RLS
scenarios.

In summary, this enhancement effectively improves the developer experience
while maintaining simplicity.
