Re: Translation of pgAdmin into Russian

Dear colleagues,

I have synchronized the old translation, removed unused phrases, and added
new translations. The localization process is not yet complete, but
significant progress has been made. I decided to share the current status.
I am using it myself and am satisfied with the results. I will continue
with the translation.
