I am currently looking for a Senior Technical Consultant / Pre Sales Engineer to cover the South African market. 10 years experience, expert in DW and BI, Postgres DBa, used to interaction with customers and prospects.

Principle duties are to work with the Sales Team to develop and implement account penetration strategies, produce account specific product and service and sales plans. To successfully build relationships with the account team, partners and customers in support of sales team objectives and engages and leverages corporate resources, abilities, budgets and personnel as appropriate and to leads technical sales calls. To configures and documents DCD product and service solutions to meet customer
and sales objectives and to analyze the entire IT infrastructure of the assigned customer, the positioning of DCD solution and the operational, financial and economic impact on the customer.
More generally, to support the sales team on technical aspects of sales campaigns a well as to conduct formal and informal, internal and externaltraining

Position is based out of Johannesburg.
