I am using psqlodbc 8.2.03, is it the cause ?
if i upgrade , can i open more than 128 connections ?

Aren't you specifying a DataSource or a Driver in your connection
string when you use odbc.net ? Please upgrade the psqlodbc driver
to 8.2.0500 or later.
