Sounds like EnterpriseDB is probably the mid-point for most people. We¹re 30
minutes by train from NYC (and <40 minutes from Brooklyn by car), 45-60
minutes by train from Phila, and less than an hour from New Hope. Only Derek
has a longer commute ;-)

EnterpriseDB will gladly host these meetings (and supply the coffee and
stuff) anytime.
