Hi,
Thanks for the prompt reply,

I tried postmaster -D /home/data/www/pg7/data, but the error message
still doesn't appear.
Nothing really happens after this command.
Is there a way I can find where the errors are logging..?

You might try invoking the postmaster manually:

postmaster -D whateveritwas

which should let the error message come out on your terminal.
