Well, tip of the 1.4 branch fixes the original problem in the query tool,
however, opening the vast majority of property dialogues crashes the app,
with either version of ctlComboBox.h.
I¹ve lost track of what you¹ve been doing with the Combo boxes, any off-hand
guesses as to where I should start on this?
