Terrific, very helpful and thanks for both.

I wonder why the bitmap scan isn't selected in this query, Tom might have
some opinion and suggestions about it.

I'd like to run your case with Bizgres and the new bitmap index to see if we
can increase the selectivity on the query and knock down the times being
spent joining. I think the AND bitmap operations should do just that.

Can you provide one more thing - either the smalltalk code to generate the
csv files or I can provide a web server to upload to (or yours).
