To Whom it may Concern:

Your web site contains a comparison matrix that describes PostgreSQL as
"partially" compliant to the ANSI SQL 92 standard. What does partial
compliance mean; are there SQL constructs that are not supported?

Which version of ODBC does PostgreSQL use?
