Okay I've deleted pretty much all of these from the professional
services and hosting solutions pages with these exceptions:

sun.com - Just in case, because for all I know they may still support
it without publicising it or something. So if someone knows
otherwise...

pgsql.com - I've emailed Marc about this and I'm glad to say he's just
fixed it, so it'll stay indefinitely. :)
