Hello!

It's that time of the year again - pgday.eu is soon done, and it's
time to look at the future. Meaning it's time for the yearly elections
to the board of directors. The board has decided on the following
timetable for next years elections:

January 10th, 2011: Nominations open
January 24th, 2011: Nominations close
January 31st, 2011: Voting begins
February 14th, 2011: Voting ends, results are announced

In order to be eligible to vote, you must be a registered member of
PostgreSQL Europe prior to January 2nd, 2011. If you are one already,
make sure it hasn't expired - see
https://www.postgresql.eu/membership/.

For full details about the elections, see
http://www.postgresql.eu/about/elections/

The current board of directors consists of:
Magnus Hagander, Andreas Scherbaum, Jean-Paul Argudo, Guillaume
Lelarge and Dave Page.

This year, Magnus Hagander and Jean-Paul Argudo will be stepping down,
since their term has expired. The remaining three board members will
remain on the board until next years elections.
